The iTutoring.com online academic catalogue of Video Lesson and Online Presentations is intended for academic use only. Please carefully read the following Terms of Service before subscribing to iTutoring.com.
By subscribing to the Site, you agree to all conditions imposed in this Agreement. iTutoring.com, Inc. reserves the right to modify the following terms of service as needed. Your continued subscription will be deemed your acceptance of any changes to the terms of service.
Subscription Fees for iTutoring.com – Access to the online educational catalogue of iTutoring.com granted under these Terms is effective only upon payment of the subscription fees, which are strictly nonrefundable after being processed.
For Personal Accounts, the Monthly Subscription automatically renews, and iTutoring.com Inc. will charge the subscription fee on the same date of each corresponding month to your credit card attached to your iTutoring account. If a particular month does not have the date, iTutoring.com Inc. will charge the monthly subscription fees on the final date of that month.
iTutoring.com Inc. may modify the subscription fees at any time and for any reason, and such increased fees shall be applicable to any subsequent subscription period, provided, that iTutoring.com Inc. has provided at least ten (10) calendar days written notice of such fee increase before the renewal date for your subscription.
In order to ensure that subscribers of the iTutoring.com do not engage in Prohibited Conduct, iTutoring.com Inc. reserves the right to monitor use of the site and reserves the right to revoke or deny access to the online educational catalogue of iTutoring.com to any person or entity. Access of the materials available at iTutoring.com beyond that of normal patterns of use that suggests systematic copying of the materials constitutes abuse of iTutoring.com and will result in revocation or denial of access to the online educational catalogue of iTutoring.com. The terms “normal patterns” and “abuse” shall be determined solely by iTutoring.com Inc.
